We follow an open peering policy, and we recommend an open policy to our participants too. However it’s up to you whether to peer with other participants or not. Peering agreements must always be done bilateral between participants and are under no circumstances an issue of IST-IX.
IST-IX does provide two Route Servers. We recommend you peer with these:
